Chef Alejandro Santoyo, who’s passion for the culinary world, love for Italian food, and encouragement from his loving wife Nora, Pesto Ristorante was established in 20 07 . With over 20 years of experience and knowledge Chef Alejandro has curated a style all his own. Mixing in his Spanish background, perfectly weaving the love languages and their respective cuisines, resulting in the unique dishes and flavors you will find here at Pesto Ristorante. 

Pesto Ristorante will tantalize your taste buds with Italian flavors. His signature dish Shrimp Alejandra, is a culinary masterpiece! and signature fresh hot bread is made from scratch daily.  Chef Santoyo's goal is to project simplicity yet uniqueness to his food while giving you a family  neighborhood dining experience.
